kc7fys ::: Favorites  2007-12-02 09:35:41 Actually, the food was EXCELLENT in Hanoi and other Vietnamese cities. They take a lot of care to make it well, and the ingredients are super fresh. Countries like the US and Japan, who use refrigeration, tend to store foods for several days before eating it. None of our food is very fresh that way. __________________________________________________
