Italian teams have to give the government 50% of a players paycheck to the government. So let's take for example Ibrahimovic who makes 5 mil euros a year. Inter Milan pays 2.5 mil as taxes only on Ibra. So Ibra costs Inter 7.5 mil a year, while in spain taxes are only 25%.
