The time I spent in the US, showed me that there is a way to have both a free enterpise market like in the US and social benifits like healthcare in Canada. Mabye we went it for some scummy reasons but whats the point of going to war if it doesn't benifit you. We didn't go into WWII to save the jews, it was because it had finacial benefits. I would rather we just go in and destroy the enemy, civillans may die which is sad but every war has civillian causilities. If people did create so many barriers for the troops it be easier to lessen the threat of terriosim. However, troops should have been removed a long time ago. There is no reason to stay there any longer. If you look as well missions to Afghanistan and Iraq had two main motives. Oil in Iraq, and which is not covered much Opium in Afghanistan. Plus, if you've ever heard of Haliburton?
