Most supported Bush's policy because of the UN resolutions, resolutions that were likely pushed by Clinton. The solution to the Iraq situation is non-interventionism, and the UN is a corrupt interventionist organization, hence it's utter failure. It's not a democratic organization, each country gets to appoint a representative.
