By moving the joystick, having Ocelot say "Your body is straped down tight." isn't the only thing you can make him say though. If you hold down the punch button duning one of those pauses during Liquid and Wolf's conversation, Ocelot will then say something like, "Don't make me laugh, those shackles are steel." and if you push the button for inventory on weapons or items, he'll say something like "Don't worry, you're items are very close." 07-06-25 05:30:21 _____________________________________________________
