Isabeau is one of the cheapest characters ever made, she has a counter that doesn't consume power bars, she cannot be attacked while she is making a hyper move, in the second and third round she enters into a cheap mode that allows her gains power bars all the time, and she has 2 atacks tha could cause insta kill.
