tesnatee ::: Favorites Heh. Fair enough. 06-10-24 19:39:15 _____________________________________________________
kanaiela74 ::: Favorites xylitol and stevia are both great sugar substitutes. 06-10-28 10:49:32 _____________________________________________________
jcowan0921 ::: Favorites Interesting stuff. I'm not sure I found anything scientific in there, though. I do like the way you link Splenda to agent orange and DDT, by simply stating that they both contain chlorine and carbon, which really doesn't mean that Splenda is dangerous like those chemicals. It doesn't mean it isn't dangerous either. The fact that these three compounds contain chlorine and carbon doesn't really mean anything regarding similarities in their toxicity. 06-10-29 22:21:58 _____________________________________________________
clockmouse ::: Favorites Can you learn to like naturally sweet things like teas and even water? I quit drinking commercial drinks except rarely and am happy to take control of my liquid intake. try it! good luck. 06-11-01 05:54:43 _____________________________________________________
char2002 ::: Favorites Stevia has an after taste. Can you buy xylitol and is it calorie free? 06-11-03 10:48:34 _____________________________________________________
trickster98444 ::: Favorites lmao. You make it sound as if a soda is something you NEED and cannot do without. Just give it up altogether, I haven't had a soda in over 3 years or any kind of junk food or fast food. I've been eating 100% raw for over 9 months. There are lots of flavorful natural drinks, get a juicer and a blender. Make juices and make smoothies with raw honey and fruit. 06-11-18 17:33:53 _____________________________________________________
trickster98444 ::: Favorites Whoa, I don't know why my first comment posted up there when I clicked reply on this one. I was replying to leonheart00. Also, if you want something carbonated get naturally sparkling mineral water. If you mix it with fresh lemon juice and raw honey it's kinda like soda but I like it better and it's natural and healthy. 06-11-18 17:36:23 _____________________________________________________
JackNeedles ::: Favorites If he had "a book to sell" and was in it for the money,all that information on his website wouldn't be free. I believe splenda is dangerous,and people can do without. Who do you think the FDA won't allow stevia to be used in food? Because splena is probably protectd by the FDA and probably give them money. Same way the FDA protects the drug companies who are only in it for the money,not your health,since,by law,they have to increase profits. 06-12-12 15:37:12 _____________________________________________________
abdwybabe ::: Favorites It's chemically changed from sugar. You are better off eating sugar! I get migraines from Splenda/sucralose. They use bleach!! Would you eat bleach? 07-02-14 00:24:40 _____________________________________________________
nonew3 ::: Favorites I eat almost entirely certified organic food now because of severe and frequent migraines. Going organic has eliminated a lot of the bad stuff in my diet: trans fats, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, added nitrites and nitrates, and etc. It has helped to bring down the number and severity of the migraines, but I still battle severe illness related to my migraine disorder. My body is so screwed up now, it is taking a long time to reverse the damage. 07-03-14 16:27:16 _____________________________________________________ |
