citizen3591 ::: Favorites Wow, quite a list of tasks for the "vastly reduced residual force" she envisions: training, logistical support, counterterrorism, protecting the Kurds...all dependent upon ideal conditions. AND she envisions that the military will not become a "permanent force". What, will they just visit on occasion??
